This is a beginning test progrram for the new DVIIMAGEN driver. At the
moment there are not any standart system .GF files so I am referencing the
two fonts that John Hobby provided for testing GFtoDOVER.

As a matter of record, there are 128 characters in each of these files but this
test program will only use the normal ASCII printing ones. For amr10,
some of these are:

ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP QRST UVWX YZ abcd efgh ijkl mnop qrst uvwx yz 0123456789

It will also be interesting in trying to printing a few from amsy7, to wit:

{\amsy ABCD EFGH IJKL MNOP QRST UVWX YZ abcd efgh ijkl mnop rst uvwx yz 012345678}
